TUCSON ELECTRIC POWER - ASH HAUL ROAD


Re-construction of 31,680 LF of haul road for 100 ton ash haul trucks, consisting of widening road way of various widths to a constant 60’ width, pulverization of existing chip sealed surface stabilizing with lime slurry and fly ash, re-compaction and grading placement, 3 compaction of 44,140 tons of aggregate base course 4” thick. Installation of a double chip sealed surface, grading ditches & slopes for drainage, reflective shoulder markers.
Role: Western Grade filled the position of general contractor, self performing all earthwork, grading, compaction and installation of reflective shoulder markers, stabilization & chip seal surfacing work performed by subcontractors.

A 97 lot residential sub division with 7200 LF of asphalt, earth work/sub grade and lime
stabilization, paved roadways ribbon curb, sewer, water, electric, gas, telephone, cable & drainage system, ADOT turn lane at entrance, 3100 LF access entrance and all
associated SWPPP & re-vegetation items.
Role: Western Grade, LLC filled the position of general contractor completing all aspects of construction in house except paving which was subcontracted. Engineering by Tetra-tech.
